I agree with your stance on Hebraic leadership. I find that the main aspect of Hebraic leadership is to reorient one’s self back to the faith and seek truth from the Scriptures. I liked your addition of Jeremiah 29 as a way to connect the duty of Hebraic leaders to the community they are currently part of. Although a Hebraic leader is to look forward to the coming Kingdom of God, they must also find ways to stay connected to the present and lead others to the Kingdom.
