Becca, I like your idea of a Bible study that actively meets people where they are and seeks to address rather than sweep away burning questions people might have. I think church leadership plays a powerful role in not only building communities that people will want to belong to and engage with but also in helping people understand the faith in a way that resonates with them and feels authentic. I think that such efforts are key to reversing the current trend of declining church membership/affiliation.
