Becca, that seems like a promising approach, for a pastor to start with a burning question for the congregation and apply principles of Hebrew Thought and Bible fluency to offer values and approaches, even if Scripture doesn’t necessarily give an answer about common issues facing a church, whether how to evangelize in their community or how to manage their budget or how to best to serve the poor.
