Christopher,
I agree about fighting antisemitism. I found out about Philos and the Pathfinder courses by attending a one-day conference held in Washington, DC in October 2025 about relations between Catholics and Jews. I’ve recently joined the Catholic Church but my grandfather was Jewish, so I take a personal interest in the topic. I was familiar with antisemitism on the left, with pro-Palestine activism on college campuses and social media. One of my daughters has posted anti-Israel comments on social media in the past, and it was difficult to talk with her about it. But what I learned at the conference, and which was news to me, was the growth of antisemitism on the right. Apparently young men are encouraged by commentators including Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens and Nick Fuentes to spread stories of secret Jewish conspiracies that sounded straight out of the 1930s. I was appalled and am now convinced that people of good will, especially Christians, need to stand against this upsurge in antisemitism.
