Ananya, I appreciate your emphasis on slow change and building bridges. I agree with you – I think the best way of creating long lasting change is through connection and example. It was the examples of Christ and the apostles that changed the world in the beginning of the Church. I think the Christian community also needs to be on guard against slipping back into old habits, given the deep roots of antisemitism within the Church.
