I appreciate the continuity you draw in your response, connecting the pilgrimage of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and St. Paul as one, despite different covenants and historical periods which they exist in. Although the political and covenantal reality changes, God’s love for us remains the same. The importance of rest and of loving our neighbours are an important part of Hebraic leadership, as you emphasized.
