Zandi…I second your idea. Music therapy is another field that uses sound, tempo, and memory to get stroke patients walking again. Even when my grandmother had severe Alzheimer’s and dementia, she would still play her piano and sing hymns in her room. We are told to bind God’s word to the tablet of our heart and to train up children in the way they should go, so that when they are old, they will not depart from it. God in His infinite wisdom links what we do at a young age to what we are able to remember in old age.
