Hebraic leadership can be defined as a leader who is oriented toward a specific destination – Jerusalem, and views the world around him/her through a Biblical lens.
The Hebraic leader sees the bigger picture and confidently knows his/her place within that picture. He/she remains faithful to seek the kingdom of God where they are, enduring suffering and hardship in exile, whilst constantly being mindful of their ultimate destination.
The Hebraic leader seeks to influence and lead the world around them through plurality, while respecting every individual’s right to free will.
