Maya, I am really impressed by your advocacy with interfaith initiatives on campus and commitments to organizing workshops at your church. Both of those missions seem so aligned with the point on the course lesson that we “cannot promote positive Christian engagement in the Near East” with “first promoting positive engagement with [our] neighbor.” As a recent college graduate, I, too, have friends who have been wounded by antisemitism on campuses; I wish you all the best in your work as a beacon of compassion and peace to that end!
