This will help ensure that all people around the world are treated with dignity and fairness. We want liberty and justice for all. Freedom of speech encourages dialogue with people of other faiths and cultural backgrounds. This will allow us to see the positive and negative aspects of our religion from a historical context.
We need to be critical thinkers who are fair and transparent about our history. Christianity has many educational and medical advancements and has positively benefited civilization. But we can learn from the Crusades and be more tolerant from people of minority religions. We should have greater dialogue and mutual understanding. This will help prevent religious persecution across the globe.
