In the Christian New Testament, we are called to do good to all people, especially those that belong to the faith. Seeking to help believers of Christ does not negate the fact that we should also help all people. Micah’s call to “seek justice” is read as holy text by both Jews and Christians, are there is no faith-based requirement for who we seek justice for. For one more scripture reference “do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is demonstrated by the fact that if we advocate for freedom of religion for other faiths, those faiths will have more freedom to advocate for our freedom as well.
