Thanks for sharing this! I’ve encountered the same attitude in the Catholic community and I find it somewhat disturbing. It’s like there is this lingering anti-semitism even among us Catholics. I’ve encountered the same argument that Palestinian Christians are suffering greatly. My internal response is often: are they suffering because of Israel or rather are they suffering because of the terrible governments of the Palestinians?
