Thank you, William. Your post makes me think of my relationship with my Muslim housemate. Over the years I have appreciated the similar values found in our distinct faith traditions. I have noticed how we share similar perspectives on different cultural issues, especially compared to my housemates who don’t identify with a faith tradition. I’ve even invited him to some of my church’s volunteer events and have appreciated his willingness to partner together in that way.
