I have not been personally attacked with harmful antisemitic tropes about Jewish control over finances or such. I am of Jewish descent but was not raised in Judaism but was Catholic growing up, later I was born again and pastor a Baptist Church. Growing up I did hear many negative statements against the Jewish people as a whole- some of that was greed and control. I do not think that this will ever go away, but I believe it can be combated. The way to fight is by education, both formal and informal. Holocaust education can be one area that can help teach about the Jewish people and how they were subject to much antisemitic tropes that led to the terrible massacre of Jews in World War 2. There are many groups that help by exposing some of these lies put forth and then we can voice ourselves. Most importantly, and difficult, is simply in common conversation to help educate people when we hear something that is not right. Foreign policy is not controlled by Jews as commonly thought. Many administrations have had control that were not favorable to the Jews/Israel.
