This is such a practical way to lead in a positive way! It is, as you mentioned, a lost trait of communities, which is very unfortunate and is something that has caused disunion across the world. You cannot lead on a great scale if you cannot lead in your own community, and it is great to see you making these “small” yet impactful steps toward influencing those around you.
