Mariam ElsakerI have learned so much from reading through this thread. From reading all these posts, it is clear that the current situation in Lebanon is so complex and multi-dimensional. I agree with all that has been said. The Lebanese government’s foreign influence has created a corrupt, selfish money-hungry government. These mafias are not looking after the people. I was shocked to learn that people in Lebanon use the U.S dollar because the currency means nothing. I pray for this country and their people.
