Janey, I appreciate your thoughts on this! Sometimes Christian leadership culture forgets about the power & importance of informal evangelism, done simply through daily example and normal conversations. I also totally understand what you mean about the people who are truly joyful and virtuous – I see this in my own network with those who innately understand the love of God and how that transforms them into completely beautiful souls. Leadership begins not just where you are, but also in the smallest & most mundane pieces of life.
