Hi Queena!

It was lovely getting to know you during the Retreat! I have some thoughts for you: I agree that “Hebraic leadership involves…wisdom, compassion, and a clear vision,” but I feel that sometimes the Bible is mysterious. Not all of Scripture is clear, so we have to close read the text in order to understand context and grapple with our spiritual inheritance. This is the case in the book of Daniel–even after he is renamed and told his dreams to people, he still held on to the message the Lord was trying to send him. I think we are lucky to have a Western interpretation of the Hebraic tradition. Thank you for your thoughts!
