Reply To: After taking this course, in your own words, please define Hebraic leadership and what it means to you.


Hebraic leadership is to be led and lead others in God’s ways. This means that Hebraic leaders are commanded by the Word of God, so the Bible is the way shower. In Hebraic leadership, our leader and priority is God himself, and it is God who has called upon us with a distinctive responsibility to lead. This means that we know something that other people don’t, and so we become leaders, because God’s project is revealed to us. So we choose to be servants of God and His purpose; a Hebraic leader knows where we are headed. Our leadership is to guide towards the Kingdom of God, also called the Kingdom of Heaven, but this is a heaven-on-earth kingdom which destination is in Jerusalem. Though recognizing modern day wars and political conflict, a Hebraic leader has an innate knowledge of history and thus, a responsibility to invite all of the people from all nations to come into this path of truth. Honoring and respecting plurality as a principle, a Hebraic leader has nonetheless a rock as a pillar, and it is Christ, the living God and the Holy Spirit.
