Isaac, thank you for sharing this. I also agree that my faith flows a set of ideas and beliefs which ultimately shape how I view and approach foreign policy. Yes, we are all image bearers but as a result of sin we are inherently sinful which needs to be combatted against and it is sad to see how evil impacts policies around the world as well. It’s saddening to see what effect that produces in society, some are good and some are not how God intended for us to live.
