Reply To: In the first lecture, Dr. McDermott teaches that the Bible is one story, and that God upholds his covenant with the Jewish people to this very day. Was this what you were taught growing up? If not, how will this insight change the way you read the bible going forward?

That is a blessing Sandra that this was a truth that you knew growing up. It’s also a blessing that the Lord opened your eyes to see the prophesies fulfilled. I agree that the Christians believe that the Christians forget that this is the “promise” land that the Lord has given to the Jewish nation and that it is a covenant that God has made with the Jewish nation. It’s important to remember that!
