Thank you for your post! I’m glad to hear that you want to demonstrate support for Israel and the Jewish people at your college. I think there is a lack of understanding and reverence for the spiritual significance that Jerusalem and the Jewish people hold for Christians today. I’m a new Christian and by God’s grace, I came to understand the importance of and God’s heart for the Jewish people early on in my walk while I was working at an Orthodox elementary school. Us Christians, who know God’s heart on this matter need to do our best to help our fellow brothers and sisters understand. As a teacher at a Christian school now, my desire is to teach my grade one students the importance of the Jewish people. Lord willing, I will be a graceful and truthful servant in this area.
