You touched on something that was not explicitly stated in the lesson, but is vital for us to pay attention to. We need to be aware of our biases and the stereotypes we hold-consciously and subconsciously. I can think back to things my parents said to me growing up about other denominations that I know to an extent I still internalize. When we confront those biases, we are able to overcome them.
