I agree with you James! Taking the steps of knowing the history, listening to them and learning about their traditions will bring the relationship closer with not only Christian, but others that think different than us. Connecting starts when we open ourselves to each other, and that is a great way to grow too. Even if that shows to be not enough sometimes, in the mid of disagreements, we need to focus in what brings us together – the essential that is our Jesus and his Gospel.
