Hebraic Leadership means taking intentional actions to prepare (ourselves and others) for the unveiling of God’s Kingdom. Stepping into this role begins with the credence that we exist simultaneously in a natural and a spiritual realm and that we can influence both realms, regardless of our status, physical location or title. It is helpful, if not imperative, to stay abreast of current world and local events. It requires to have an understanding of world history, traditions, cultures, religions, politics and geography of the world, but especially of Israel. Hebraic Leadership entails personal intercommunication – the consideration, curiosity and love of people – within and outside of a Christian community. It means being compassionate towards the reality of the world and of a particular person, their background and experiences. A Hebraic Leader knows they have a purpose, desires to seek and fulfill that purpose, for God’s glory. A Hebraic Leader is willing to be an instrument for His will, for sharing the Gospel, yet rest in the peace-giving knowledge of God’s sovereignty.
