Emily CopeHi Paulo – it is so amazing and encouraging to read your testimony and to hear that you and your family are working to make disciples in the Near East! My experience was a little different growing up. I don’t recall much supersessionist teaching, but my church/faith community never really taught that God still upholds His covenant with the Jews. It wasn’t until recently, since the attacks on October 7, that I began to think more deeply about Israel and God’s plan for the Jews. Reading the Bible through a Hebraic lens, like you, has already shaped the way I serve my church. I hope it helps me disciple others like you are doing.
