Clinton, you described Hebraic leadership as being about navigating a path to the Kingdom. I also appreciated this emphasis. It seems like leadership is often presented as a set of skills that one needs to acquire.But that seems to be missing the larger picture. It doesn’t matter if we have great leadership skills if we don’t have the correct map to navigate their use. There are implicit philosophical assumptions in our approaches to leadership and rooting ourselves in the Hebraic philosophy helps us ground our leadership in a philosophy that is aligned with God’s wisdom.
