Glad to read your thoughts on Hebraic leadership. I believe the principles are also derived from the New Testament, because its authors were also of the Hebraic tradition and they themselves Jews. I’ve made the study of leadership an important aspect of my personal, professional, and academic development. Even so, the point in the lesson “The most important question for any leader is “where?” is definitely novel in relation to modern leadership theory. Robert is correct in saying that mainstream leadership gives preeminence to answering “how?” The how is important, but without the “where” there’s no journey. How can we be “followers of the way” if there is no first answering “where?”
