Reply To: Why is it important for Christians to keep the sad history of Christian antisemitism in mind when responding to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the present?

I agree with David above who noted we do not want to continue forward with the mistakes of the past. These classes have caused me to be reflective on the faults of Christians and how we have hurt others. I pause to think: what are the issues we are adamantly for today but which are not aligned with God’s will? I pray we have the humbleness to see the log in our own eyes now, so that we do not have to look back on them with remorse from the future.

That being said, Christians do a great deal of good for this world. We carry the Hope that saves and we do much to care for the homeless, the victims of tragedy, and our fellow co-workers. We carry Jesus at our core.
