Right on Olivia! I also was reminded of Brene Brown’s book ‘Atlas of the heart’ where she speaks on this Godsent duty to love one another. If your neighbor is experiencing any hardship – being able to empathize and to me that means meeting them exactly where they are feeling the emotion, in a way that is productive and leads the sentiment towards the Lord to eventually help our neighbor go through the wave of negative emotions and or hardship!
