#4297

Hebraic leadership embraces the Hebraic map / worldview, pointing that we are participating in God’s story, following the protagonist Jesus. Leads specially in hardship, with the scripture as the compass to seek God’s Kingdom first, to see the world as God sees it, and people as God sees them. That knows the destination (Jerusalem), and leads with this great hope in the challenging and paradoxal now.

In my opinion, this leadership is to deeply and really be like Jesus, embracing the worldview he had at his time, that most of the church lost today. This understanding empowers us in clarity, truth and purpose, so we can navigate the paradox of history today and lead in middle of plurality, accepting our responsibility to reveal Christ to our neighbor. In today’s challenges, specially the present situation in the near east, we need to grow as Hebraic Leaders.
