Good question. I feel there is a lot of love for Israel in the Midwest United States, where I live. However, there is still a remnant of supersessionism in the understanding of God’s plan for the Jewish People and Israel in modern times. I’m thinking about reaching out to other churches in the area, talking to leaders about things I’ve learned through Scripture, and seen in Israel, that clearly show God’s eternal covenant with the Jewish People is in effect.
This course has taught me many new things, and reminded me of important foundations. I feel emboldened to be more outspoken in Israel advocacy in my community. Sharing, in my mostly Christian area, that we serve a faithful God, whom we know will keep His covenant with us, because He has kept His covenant with the Jewish people.
