I think this would be a good idea to befriend a few people on both sides and walk besides them and try and see things through their eyes. Although it is not necessary to actually be there to understand given the digital world is all connected it would certainly improve ones grasp on the minds of both parties involved. But as I suspect as with liberals in the United States if you hold one view you are a Nazi who doesn’t deserve to have an opinion and should not even be sat down with to hear your grievances.
