Hi Robert,

I like this pragmatic application of leadership. It reminds me of the Jewish principle of tikkun olam – repair the world. Some sage said that we’re not expected to fix it all, but we’re not exempt from trying. The introductory section og this course mentions the one square foot you’re standing on. Often, we’re so focused on leading big scale that our one square foot is neglected. Probably why JB Peterson says to clean your room, and some former military guy said make your bed. Institute the smallest order to the chaos where you stand, and work your way out from there. My mom taught me to leave a place better than you found it. That’s pretty much the jist of tikkun olam and the duty of a citizen of the kingdom of Heaven. God bless your endeavors!
