Hi Hailey. I feel like I only knew about the Syrian civil war and the Israeli-Palestine conflict before starting this course. But, it turns out the near east is much more complicated than I could’ve ever thought. I always thought Iran and their nuclear program was more fear-mongering than anything, but the actual consequences of their nuclear development could be disastrous.
