Hi Brandon, I agree with “is a must” because many times when we do what God has called us to do we feel like we went the extra mile, when in reality we are just doing our job. At least that is how I often feel. But as we read in 1 Corinthians 4:7: “For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?”. Nothing good comes from us, and if we do something well it is only because He gave it to us.
May our greatest longing be for Christ’s return and in the meantime may He commission and enable us for His work here on earth.
