I agree we should recognize the Palestinians as human beings. They are not very different from us.
Support for Israel does not mean we hate the Palestinians. Affirming the right of the Jews to a nation and their own state does not detract from the recognition of the Palestinians as human beings.
A foundational doctrine of Christianity is the belief the human being is distinctive and divine. We are both body and spirit. We are created of the dust of the earth and the breath of God.
Seeing others as Gods sees people, we recognize Palestinians as divine offspring as with ourselves and the Israelis.
