Andrew, thank you for sharing! I like what you said about adopting an attitude of leadership before having the actual title. God often calls us to be faithful in the small and mundane things as a means of preparing us for bigger opportunities and responsibilities. We never know how the training ground that we are currently in will prepare us for the future. As we are faithful, God will build our character and help us become more like Christ.
