Sarah, I appreciate how you talk about your biases. It’s good for us to have opinions on these matters, but we should have strong reasoning behind them and not just assumptions or presuppositions. I grew up in a Christian home that was always very pro-Israel, and I accepted that pretty early on without really questioning or exploring the issue in depth. It’s good to learn from others, but we should also take responsibility for what we advocate for and be ready to graciously answer questions when people ask.
