To me, Hebraic Leadership is embodying the life that Christ lived, and bringing others into Christianity by inspiring them to also strive to embody His life.
Christianity goes through trends and things fall in and out of fashion, but there are a couple of essentials that maintain the absolute foundation of the Church. The one most applicable here is that Jesus’ followers are multipliers. It is our responsibility to behave in a way that embodies our savior, and by doing so other people will join us.
We cannot call ourselves a Hebraic leader, or even a Christian, and not love our neighbor as Jesus loved us. We cannot call ourselves Christian, and hold hatred in our hearts. A Hebraic leader embodies how Christ lived his life– in service, and with grace and humility. A Hebraic leader is not just a believer but a follower. A Hebraic leader demonstrates the Way to all of those around him in the way Jesus would have done.
