Hi Kari,
Thank you for your unique perspective as a teacher. I thought it was really interesting how the lesson called on us to serve God’s Kingdom before our own country, but to start with our local community or local church. I agree that too often people’s loyalties lie with their country before God’s Kingdom. While it’s important to work for the betterment of our country, it should all be done in service of a greater good.
