I love that your takeaway was about community and building community. When God created humanity, He created us to be in community with each other and in community with Him. The Fall of man saw that community was broken, both in the physical realm and in the spiritual realm. Leadership is not a solo act, both in its literal definition and in its spiritual definition. In the work that we do, whether that be in our actual jobs, in our churches, or in our relationships, we must remember that we are always a part of something greater than ourselves.
