The Hebraic leader is a friend. This is an individual who understands that the history of the world is not a series of random chaos and events but is an intricately designed story that has a beginning, middle, and eternal end. Within that story are characters who were each created for a divine purpose, with the understanding that there is no true end to the story because the legacy the character leaves behind stretches forward from generation to generation. A Hebraic leader understands that there is purpose in chaos and conflict because the conflict is a steppingstone to a greater narrative in the story of the world. Being a friend means taking all the knowledge of the greater narrative and guiding others along the journey, assisting them in following the right path, discovering his or her place within the narrative, and providing wisdom. Being a friend means guiding others through our exile, making sense of conflict, and helping others to understand the duality of man.
