Hi Joe, I resonate with your insight and points you make about giving others the space and grace to choose freely without judgement or coercion. Jesus did not force anyone to follow him. His disciples decided to follow him in total freedom, and decided to surrender and abandon themselves fully to Christ. Moreover, when Jesus encountered those who chose not to follow him, like Nicodemus, Jesus never condemned him or casted some sort of malicious curse.
