Hi Lillian, I was also very surprised about the additional 800 obligations. I remember when I was a small child, I had to memorize the 10 commandments, I could only imagine memorizing 800. I liked your statement about Jews and everyone having the opportunity to come to Jesus for salvation, it is a very hopeful statement and one I pray for. God is a merciful God, and I hope the Jewish people have an encounter with Jesus and come to realize the New testament is a fulfillment of the Old testament.
