Hi Maggie, thank you for your post. I also agree with you, as Christians we need to include hope for both nations. I hope both nations come to know Jesus, who will be the one who can show them true peace in their hearts. The Israeli-Palestinian conflict reminds me of when Jesus said in Matthew 10 Verses 34 to 39: “I came not to send peace, but a sword”. Jesus also said in John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives”, I believe our brothers and sisters from the Near East will not find the peace they are seeking until they come to find Jesus peace.
