This perspective is a wise one! It is always worth a reminder that the political climate is not necessarily Christian vs non-Christian, and that party affiliation does not define a person’s relationship with Christ. At the end of the day, America is not Jerusalem and the Constitution is not the Scripture. Keeping that distinction in mind is important as we seek the Kingdom of God as a community of believers and lead others to that destination.
