Upon completion of the Basic Pathfinder course, I have come to understand the meaning of Hebraic leadership to be broken into two parts. To define something as Hebraic, it must be seen or acted upon through a biblical lens and/or from a Godly perspective. Meanwhile, leadership is the act of guiding others through a difficult or tumultuous environment to the destination successfully. Hebraic leadership would then draw those definitions together to mean the act or process of going ahead of others, using God’s word to guide them through conflict in pursuit of the Kingdom of Christ.
Personally, Hebraic leadership in my own life would take the shape of living a Christ-like life, pursuing things of God above all else, and strengthening my faith and walk with Jesus. The goal would be to have a better understanding of what it means to seek the Kingdom of Christ, not only for the betterment of my own faith, but also that I may become better equipped to guide others through the chaos of the world that we may further the Kingdom together.
