This is a wonderful post Jose. I can tell that you exhibit traits of a Hebraic leader. I believe that the Hebraic worldview of knowing where we stand in the world and in history allows us to have a steady hand in what we are doing. We are called to build a relationship with God, lead others to him, and do his will until Christ returns. Knowing this brings wisdom in how we lead.
