Iliana, thanks for your analysis. I agree, I think our Christian faith should play an integral part in examining foreign policy. Many conservatives want faith to be part of our domestic policy agenda so what makes foreign policy any different? The only caution I would bring to mixing faith and foreign policy is when it comes to military intervention and foreign aid. The United States’ must be extremely careful what conflict we get involved in, as we are stretched thin already. We should also be cautious when distributing foreign aid as this gets expensive very quickly.
